  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

  • 4 tablespoons water

  • 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Italian Seasoning

  • Ground Black Pepper , and Pinch of salt

  • 450 gram (1 pound) frozen leaf spinach

  • 8 slices ham

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1 Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently fry the onion until softened. Add the tomatoes, water, sugar and Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend. Season to taste with salt and Black Pepper.
  • 2 Meanwhile, cook the spinach according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Drain thoroughly and season with salt and Black Pepper. Place approximately 1 tbs spinach on each slice of ham and roll up.
  • 3 Place in a warmed serving dish and pour over the tomato sauce. Top with cheese and place under a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
