Herb Rubbed Pork Chops

1 teaspoon Garlic Granules

1 teaspoon Rosemary

1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/4 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

4 boneless pork chops

Peach Sauce:
-
2 tablespoons brown sugar
-
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
-
1 tablespoons sherry
-
1/2 teaspoon cornflour
-
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

400 gram tin peaches in natural juice, drained and sliced

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the grill to a medium-heat.
- 2 Mix the Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Sea Salt and Crushed Chillies in small bowl. Rub on both sides of the pork chops.
- 3 Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until the pork is cooked through. Cover with foil to keep warm.
- 4 For the Peach Sauce, mix the the sugar, vinegar, sherry, cornflour and Cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil over a low heat, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the peaches and simmer for a further 3 minutes.
- 5 Spoon the warm peach sauce over the pork chops and serve immediately.
