  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Granules

  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

  • 4 boneless pork chops

  • Peach Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoons sherry

  • 1/2 teaspoon cornflour

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

  • 400 gram tin peaches in natural juice, drained and sliced

  • 1 Pre-heat the grill to a medium-heat.
  • 2 Mix the Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Sea Salt and Crushed Chillies in small bowl. Rub on both sides of the pork chops.
  • 3 Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until the pork is cooked through. Cover with foil to keep warm.
  • 4 For the Peach Sauce, mix the the sugar, vinegar, sherry, cornflour and Cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil over a low heat, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the peaches and simmer for a further 3 minutes.
  • 5 Spoon the warm peach sauce over the pork chops and serve immediately.
