Peppered Pork with Orange

1 tablespoons clear honey

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoons oil

2 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 Mixed Peppercorns, , roughly crushed

Zest and juice of half an orange

4 pork chops
-
Orange slices, to garnish.
Instructions
- 1 Place the honey, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, salt, Tropical Mixed Peppercorns, orange juice and rind in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- 2 Cook the chops under a pre-heated grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the honey mixture throughout the cooking. Serve garnished with the orange slices.
