Ingredients
  • 450 gram (1 pound) minced pork

  • 1 packet

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 400 gram tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

  • 1 bunch spring onions, sliced

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and minced pork for 5-6 minutes, until browned. Drain excess liquid.
  • 2 Sprinkle in the packet contents, then stir in the remaining ingredients and cook through for 1-2 minutes.
