Pork Jalapeno and Coriander Fajitas

1 red pepper, sliced

400 gram tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

1 bunch spring onions, sliced

1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and minced pork for 5-6 minutes, until browned. Drain excess liquid.
- 2 Sprinkle in the packet contents, then stir in the remaining ingredients and cook through for 1-2 minutes.
- 3 Delicious served in flour tortillas with soured cream, gaucamole and salsa.
