Pork Schnitzel

25 gram (1 ounce) plain flour

1 tablespoons Lemon Pepper

4 pork loin steaks (trimmed and hammered thinly)

1 egg (lightly beaten)

100 gram (4 ounce) breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons oil

1 lemon (cut into wedges to serve)
- Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking. If needed cook 2 steaks at a time and keep warm in a low oven while cooking the second batch.
Instructions
- 1 Combine the flour with the Lemon Pepper on a plate. Take one of the pork loin steaks and lightly coat in the flour, then dip in the egg before evenly coating in the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining steaks.
- 2 Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat, fry the steaks in the oil for 4-5 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the meat) until the meat is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.
- 3 Serve with lemon wedges.
