Pork Stroganoff
Ingredients

2 teaspoon Black Peppercorns Mill, , lightly crushed

2 teaspoon French mustard

25 gram (1 ounce) butter

450 gram (1 pound) pork fillet, cut into strips

1 large onion, sliced

100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, quartered

300 millilitre (½ pint) carton soured cream

100 gram (4 ounce) fine green beans, halved and cooked

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to season
Instructions
- 1 Add the Black Peppercorns, mustard and mushrooms and cook gently for 3 minutes.
- 2 Add remaining ingredients and heat through without boiling. Season to taste.
- 3 Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the pork and onion for 8-10 minutes.
