675 grams pork loin chops

1 red pepper, cut into chunks

1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks

1 red onion, cut into wedges

100 grams cherry tomatoes

75 grams chorizo, sliced (optional)

Instructions
- 1 STEP 1: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
- 2 STEP 2: On a baking tray add the pork chops, peppers, onion, tomatoes, chorizo and oil, sprinkle over the Schwartz Spanish Smoked Paprika Chicken, mix well so all ingredients are covered equally.
- 3 STEP 3: Cook in the middle of the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through.
