  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) sausages

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) smoked sausage, sliced

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin mixed beans, drained and rinsed

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin baked beans

  • 4 teaspoon Classic Barbecue

  • 2 teaspoon Dried Basil

  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and sausages until browned. Slice the sausages and transfer to an ovenproof dish with the onions. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 30-35 minutes.
