Spicy Pork Satay

3 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoons soy sauce

3 teaspoon Ground Cumin

350 gram (12 ounce) pork fillet, cut into long strips

1 small onion, chopped

2 teaspoon Medium Curry Powder

2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

175 gram (6 ounce) crunchy peanut butter

1 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoons tomato purée

Instructions
- 1 Thread the pork onto skewers and place under a pre-heated grill until browned and cooked throughout.
- 2 Serve with the satay sauce.
- 3 Blend 2 tsp oil with the soy sauce and 1 tsp Cumin. Add the pork and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- 4 Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the onion, remaining Cumin, Curry and Chili Powder until softened. Add the remaining ingredients with 200 ml (7 fl oz) water. Cook gently for 5 minutes.
