Garlic Italian Pasta Sauce
Ingredients

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, chopped

400 gram tin of tomatoes

4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

2 tablespoons tomato puree

150 millilitre (1/4 pint) chicken stock or water

100 gram (4 ounce) pitted olives, halved

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons red wine, optional

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil and fry the onion until softened.
- 2 Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened and reduced.
- 3 Serve tossed into cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you wish.
