1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

3/4 teaspoon Black and Red Pepper

1 Cinnamon Sticks , , roughly broken

2 Chillies Whole

1/4 teaspoon salt

400 gram (14 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

2 teaspoon soft light brown sugar

1 tablespoons tomato purée

2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a small saucepan, add the Spices and cook gently for a few seconds. Stir in the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer gently, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until thick and pulpy.
- 2 Serve this Indian chutney simply with naan bread and popodoms, either hot or cold.
