4 large tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped

4 spring onions, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

2 teaspoon Coriander Leaf

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons lime juice or lemon juice

- 1 Mix all the ingredients together and chill until required. Serve with grilled or pan fried meats, as a dip with tortilla chips or to accompany Mexican dishes.
