Onion Dip And Chips

1 medium yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Hearty Seasoning

Kosher salt, to taste

Squeeze of lemon juice

Chips, for serving
Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- 2 Spread the onion on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until the onion is slightly charred. Let cool to room temperature, then roughly chop and transfer to a medium bowl.
- 3 To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Hearty spice blend, salt, and lemon juice and whisk to combine.
- 4 Serve the onion dip with chips.
