Spicy Salmon Sauce
Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

1 teaspoon Flat Leaf Parsley

200 millilitre (7 fluid ounce) single cream

1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil

1 teaspoon Paprika

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 3 Meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, Crushed Chillies, lemon juice, Basil, Parsley and Paprika. Gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
- 4 Delicious served with green beans and tomatoes.
