200 millilitres (7 fluid ounce) soured cream

1/2 lime, juiced

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Granules

Serve Avocado Crema with Puebla Hot Pot Broth with Avocado Crema. Or, use as a topping for grilled meats, tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, burritos or nachos.
Instructions
- 1 Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Process on high speed until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and cover.
- 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
