Caraway Spiced Potatoes
Ingredients

675 gram (1 1/2 pounds) small new potatoes

2 tablespoons oil

25 gram (1 ounce) butter

1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1 teaspoon Garlic Granules

1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

2 teaspoon Ground Coriander

4 teaspoon Caraway Seeds

large pinch Cayenne Chilli Pepper

Salt to taste

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the spices for 2-3 minutes. Saute the potatoes in the spice mixture for about 10 minutes until crisp.
- 2 Season with salt, sprinkle with Coriander Leaf and serve hot or cold.
- 3 Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes until cooked but still firm.
