Cumin Carrots

3 tablespoons olive oil

5 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally

1 teaspoon Garlic Granules

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
- 2 Add the Garlic Granules, Cumin and lemon juice. Season to taste, add a splash of water and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Finish with the Parsley 2 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve immediately.
