Mushrooms in a creamy sauce of soured cream, mustard seeds and parsley, ideal served with long grain rice and sugar snap peas, a great vegetarian meal for all the family to enjoy.
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 450 gram (1 pound) mushrooms, quartered

  • 1 sachet Creamy Mushroom Stroganoff Mix

  • 225 millilitre (8 fluid ounce) milk

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 Heat oil and fry onion for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
  • 2 Add mushrooms and fry for a further 3-4 minutes. Mix sachet contents with milk and stir into pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
  • 3 Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 Serve with rice or pasta.
