Jacket Potato with Barbecue Baked Beans
1 tablespoons Classic Barbecue
2 large floury potatoes potatoes
125 gram (5 ounce) grated cheddar cheese
2 large floury potatoes
400 gram tin baked beans
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Scrub potatoes under cold tap to remove any dirt, then prick with a fork. Place potatoes directly onto the oven shelf and cook for around 1 hour 30 minutes (depending on the size of potato). When cooked potato skin will be golden and have a crisp texture. Once the skin is pierced a knife should slide easily through to the centre.
- 3 While the potatoes are cooking heat the baked beans in a pan and stir in the Classic Barbecue Blend.
- 4 Serve potatoes split open covered with the beans and topped with the cheese.
