Roasted summer vegetables seasoned with a Spicy Italian Special Blend, a great accompaniment for chicken, lamb, beef or fish.
  • 350 gram (12 ounce) Jersey Royal potatoes

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) butternut squash, peeled, seeds removed and cubed

  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges

  • 2 tomatoes, deseeded and roughly chopped

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Spicy Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
  • 2 Combine the vegetables together in a roasting dish, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Spicy Italian Special Blend. Toss to coat.
  • 3 Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
