  • 350 gram (12 ounce) long grain rice

  • 4 teaspoon Pilau Rice Seasoning

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) butter

  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) frozen peas, cooked

  • 450 gram (1 pound) smoked cod or haddock, cooked, boned and flaked

  • 4 medium eggs, hard-boiled and quartered

Instructions

  • 1 Cook the rice in boiling water with the Pilau Rice Seasoning for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  • 2 Melt the butter in a large frying pan and gently fry the onion until soft.
  • 3 Stir in the rice, peas, fish and eggs. Heat through over a low heat, stirring gently.
