Potato and Courgette Mash

500 gram potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped

1 teaspoon Medium Curry Powder

1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme

50 millilitre milk

15 gram butter

2 courgettes, grated

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, until softened. Drain and return to the pan.
- 2 Add the Curry Powder, Thyme, milk and butter. Mash until smooth and fluffy.
- 3 Stir in the grated courgette and season to taste.
