  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

  • 50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) white wine

  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) button mushrooms

  • 200 gram (7 ounce) tin chopped tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée

  • 2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • 1 Serve hot or cold with French bread.
  • 2 Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion and Garlic Granules. Add the wine and Mixed Herbs and reduce by half. Stir in the mushrooms and fry for 1 minute.
  • 3 Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
