Quick Hummus
Ingredients

400 gram (14 ounces) tin, chickpeas, drained and washed

2 teaspoons Garlic Granules

2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons tahini
-
50 millilitres water
-
Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender (excluding the water).
- 2 Blitz well until the mixture comes together, then slowly add the water. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
- 3 Serve with tasty carrot, cucumber and celery veggie sticks.
