Traditional Greek Salad

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil

1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

6 large lettuce leaves

3 tomatoes, sliced

75 gram (3 ounce) cucumber, sliced

1 small onion, cut into thin rings

10 pitted black olives, halved

175 gram (6 ounce) feta cheese, cubed

Instructions
- 1 Place the oil, vinegar, Basil, Pepper and salt in a screw topped jar and shake to combine. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a large plate.
- 2 Lay the tomatoes and cucumber alternately in a ring around the edge. Scatter the onion rings, olives and cubes of cheese in the centre. Shake the dressing again and pour over the salad to serve.
